Check your service contract!

I just took my 2010 Caliber to Southfield C-J for 6000 mile service. The recommended service includes rotating the tires. The write up people said that my service contract did not cover that.

The contract says it covers all recommended services but the Chrysler computer system on lists oil and filter changes.

After about 45 minutes of discussion Southfield did the rotation at no charge. I contacted the service contract people at 800- 521-9952 and they confirmed that almost all normal maintenance as listed in the manual is covered.

So if you have your retiree lease vehicle serviced be sure to double check what is covered. The dealers honestly are confused by some of the contracts.
